So Kevin and I recently visited Orlando, Floriday to experience Wizarding World of Harry Potter (aka so freaking cool you will pee your pants). We have been planning this trip for over a year and couldn't believe how quickly time flew. Before we knew it, we were on a plane going to the coolest place on earth.
We had a great time. The best part was that Kevin proposed! That's right! The author of this blog post is the soon to be Mrs. Whitney Hart. Amazing? Yes!
Here is a little look into our vacation to Hogwarts:
Day 1:
Leavin on a jet plane! Don't know when we'll be back again!...oh wait...in five days :(

Day 2:

We were the very FIRST ones there...
6:45AM...we're crazy!
Kevin seemed ill this day. We had breakfast at Three Broomsticks and he didn't take more than 3 bites of his food (very unlike him). Little did I know, he was not sick at all! He was just really nervous about the proposal. How cute :) About an hour later he got down on one knee in the middle of Hogsmeade and asked me to be his wife. Of course I started crying and practically screamed "YES!"
We had so much fun the rest of the day just enjoying each others company :)

It was a pretty low key day, but we enjoyed the sunshine and being silly with each other :)

The ring!
Kevin designed it himself and could not have done a better job! It is more than I have ever dreamed of. I can't believe he took the time to make me something so beautiful.
Not only is the ring pretty, but it is extremely meaningful as well. The center diamond has been in the Hart family for almost 100 years. I am the fourth generation to receive it. I cannot express how honored I am to hold this gem and be the next Mrs. Hart.
Kevin's one request for his B-day dinner was some sort of Asian food.
